Absolutely. The Sleep Zen® headband is made from high-stretch, premium elastic fabric. It is designed to fit all head shapes and sizes comfortably—staying secure enough to not slip off, but soft enough to avoid pressure headaches.

3. How do I wash the headband?

It’s easy! There is a small hidden opening inside the headband where you can slide out the Bluetooth speakers and control module. Once the electronics are removed, you can machine-wash the fabric on a cold cycle and air dry.

4. Does the battery last the whole night?

Yes. On a full 2-hour charge, the battery provides 10–12 hours of continuous playtime. If you fall asleep and your audio stops, the device features an auto-standby mode to preserve battery for the next night.

5. Can people next to me hear my music?
